Access My Account
There are many ways to access your library account:
- Online at lincc.org
- Get the LINCC Mobile app for iOS or Android. The app can save multiple card numbers and PINs, display a scannable barcode for the self-checks, help you place holds, renew your current checkouts, and more.
- Call the library at 503-266-3394 during open hours to speak to staff. They can help place holds, answer reference or account questions, explain policy and procedure, recommend books and movies, and more.
- Call TeleCirc, LINCC’s automated phone system, at 503-659-8634 (available 24/7). With TeleCirc, you can review your current checkouts and renew items. Please note, TeleCirc will only allow access if your PIN is a 4-digit number.
- On a self-check machine at the library. Scan your library card barcode (or enter the number manually), enter your PIN, and choose My Account. You can review current checkouts and renew items, as well as checking out new materials.
- Speak to staff in person at a service desk in the library. Staff can set up new accounts, review your current checkouts, renew items, place holds, take fine payments, and more.
You will need your library card number and PIN -- if you don’t have that information, please speak with staff and be prepared to show ID or answer identification questions. Please note, library policy prohibits staff from sharing account information with anyone other than the account holder (including the parents of minor patrons), unless they have the card or card number and PIN.
