Notice of Budget Committee Meetings
A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the City of Canby, Clackamas County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024, will be held on May 18, 2023 at 6:00 pm and May 25, 2023 at 6:00 pm at 222 NE Second Avenue, Canby Oregon.
The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. Public comment will be heard at the first meeting on May 18, 2023.
Any person may provide comment in written form, in person, or virtually. Written comments must be received by 4:30 pm on May 17, 2023. If you wish to speak virtually, please contact the City Recorder at benhamm@canbyoregon.gov or call 503-266-0720 by 4:30 pm on May 18, 2023 with your name and contact information. Once your information is received you will be sent instructions on how to speak virtually.
A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after May 12, 2023 on the city’s website at www.canbyoregon.gov.
