The Canby Municipal Court is located at the Canby Civic Building at 222 NE 2nd Avenue, Canby, OR. 97013 and is open to the public from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The Canby Municipal Court was established in 1960 and is the Judicial Branch of Municipal Government. The Municipal Court adjudicates city and state law offenses committed within city limits: misdemeanors, traffic violations, code ordinance violations and parking citations.

Court personnel can answer questions about the court schedule, minimum fine amounts, and other administrative matters. They cannot respond to requests for legal advice from anyone.
