Public Records Request

Oregon Public Records law grants each person the right to inspect the records of a public body (unless exempt from disclosure). The City shall respond to all requests as soon as practical and without unreasonable delay within five (5) business days or, within ten (10) business days, will explain why more time is needed for a full response.

All fields with an asterisk * are required.

Clackamas County currently issues all building, plumbing, and electrical permits for the City of Canby.  For public records requests related to these records please use Clackamas County Building Department’s online program Accela.
