Noise Variance Request
Form Instructions:
- Complete and submit the Noise Variance Request form below.
- Submit $75.00 application fee to City Hall by mailing a check or you may call and provide your debit/credit card over the phone.
When complete, the City Recorder will schedule the noise variance request for a public hearing before the City Council, publish a Notice of Public Hearing, and mail a Notice of Public Hearing to the property owners that are within 200’ of the request. The notice must be published and mailed at least 10 days prior to the Public Hearing, therefore it is imperative to return the information several weeks prior to the event in order to meet the deadlines. The City Council meets the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month.
